This building and all its residences are constructed entirely from wood and CLT (Cross-Laminated Timber) designed by 2by4 architects. Located at Lakeside Rotterdam, De Brielse Kreek, right next to the Port of Rotterdam, the project combines natural materials with a unique waterfront setting. The use of timber construction creates a warm, sustainable living environment while maintaining a modern architectural character in one of the most dynamic regions of the Netherlands.
