Between heritage and now
The four-star AC Hotel Würzburg is part of the world’s largest hotel family, Marriott, and sits within the AC Hotels collection managed by the Odyssey Hotel Group.
Centrally located between the Old Town and the University Hospital and within walking distance of the main station and the iconic Würzburg Residence, the hotel places you right where the city’s character reveals itself. Here, baroque façades and vineyard hillsides meet student energy, café culture and everyday city life. A destination shaped by contrast.
Our interior design reflects exactly that. Rather than choosing between heritage or modernity, we’ve created space for both to exist side by side, where tradition meets contemporary comfort in a setting designed for today’s traveller.

The art installation is designed as an integral part of the interior concept, it’s not a standalone artwork, but a contemporary interpretation of Würzburg’s Baroque legacy. Just moments away from the Würzburg Residence — home to one of the world’s most significant Baroque frescoes the installation reflects the same sense of movement and vertical drama found in its monumental staircase.
