Our second HNK location
HNK creates healthy, sustainable and welcoming work environments for every working style. NSI, the owner of the HNK portfolio, focuses on places that enhance connection, productivity and well-being.
HNK Rotterdam Alexander dates back to the 1980's and is now being transformed into a Paris Proof buiding.
This is the second HNK location that we have done the interior design concept for.

A central tree anchoring the space
The lobby is designed around one clear focal point: a five metre high tree rising through the heart of a high lobby. The moment you step inside, your eye is drawn upward. It becomes the centre of gravity for everything around it.
By wrapping a generous circular sofa around the trunk, we transform the base into a kind of indoor town square where we want people to meet, wait, work or simply take a break.
