A human - centred workspace
NSI brings together thirty years of Dutch real estate expertise with a clear ambition: create workplaces where people and organisations can thrive. Their commitment to quality and innovation shaped the brief for their new headquarters.
Our task was to shape a sustainable, human-centred workspace full of energy. An office that supports people every day.
The result is a 982 m² office where design and well-being come together effortlessly.

Activity-based design
For NSI, we designed the interior around one clear principle: activity-based working. Instead of creating one uniform office, we shaped the space as a collection of distinct settings, each tailored to a specific way of working.
Quiet zones feel calm and sheltered, with soft acoustics and warm materials that support concentration. While collaborative areas such as the "living room", kitchen and bar open up, becoming more social and energetic.
Sustainability became an equally important design driver. A large part of the interior is built from upcycled materials and furniture sourced from other NSI properties, existing elements carefully selected, refreshed and given a second life. What was already there became the foundation for something new.
