Landal De Peel is a peaceful and nature‑rich retreat in the village of Vlierden. Surrounded by forests, heaths, peatlands, and sandy ridges, the park provides the perfect base for long walks, scenic bike rides and outdoor adventures.

Celebrating the beauty of the natural landscape
Our design unites the bar, reception, breakfast area, and terrace into a flowing, cohesive space that feels both functional and inviting. Thoughtful material choices, warm lighting, and carefully layered zones guide guests naturally through the building, creating moments to linger or simply pass through.
The terrace opens directly onto the surrounding heathlands, blurring the line between indoors and outdoors. Cyclists, walkers, and park visitors are welcomed into a space that not only serves their needs but also celebrates the beauty of the natural landscape, making the central building a vibrant heart of Landal De Peel.
Where play meets nature
Drawing inspiration from this rich environment, we created an outdoor play area that invites children to explore, discover and engage with nature. Designing spaces that encourage children to explore nature is crucial for their development.
Outdoor play stimulates curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving, while also supporting physical activity and social interaction. Engaging with natural elements helps children develop a sense of wonder and connection to the environment from an early age.
