Landal + Kijkduin
About the project
Where the dunes meet the North Sea
Located where the dunes meet the North Sea, Landal Kijkduin welcomes thousands of guests each year looking to relax, enjoy the sea air, and spend time together.
At the centre of the park, this U-shaped building brings multiple guest functions together around a sheltered, wind-free terrace. Acting as the heart of the holiday park, it forms a natural meeting place where guests gather, dine, and begin their daily activities during their stay.

The first implementation of Landal’s new F&B concept,
Helge, in collaboration with Conceptional BV, developed the interior as the first implementation of Landal’s new F&B concept.
The design rethinks the traditional separation between front office and food & beverage. Reception, restaurant, bar, snack bar, supermarket and indoor play areas are brought together in one continuous spatial sequence. Guests arrive, check in, grab a coffee, pick up groceries or sit down for dinner — all within the same intuitive flow.
By merging these functions, the building becomes the social heart of the park: a place where the entire holiday experience naturally comes together.
Realized together with construction partner Vervoort.
